I would definitely recommend Porto, Portugal as a travel destination! The entire city spans with beautifully designed, intricate architecture. The people are very nice and friendly. It's very walkable. Porto is well known for it's port wine, and while we were able to taste some wine on this trip, we unfortunately did not have time to experience one of the port wine cellars or tours, which is highly recommended to do. There is plenty to explore in this beautiful city and I would even go back!

Don't worry, I didn't know what mangroves were either until I was here, so watch to find out what they are, and see us kayak to the beautiful Gulf Sea. We also went to such a peaceful, clean, park with an incredibly gorgeous variety of landscaping. We finished the evening with a delicious traditional Arabic dinner and there was a very special guest! Today was a day full of adventure in the Arabian Sun of Abu Dhabi's beautiful desert. We went dune bashing, camel riding, rode ATV's, and sand surfed. All of these were a first for me! And guess what? Did you know they have to deflate the tires and decrease the tire pressure in order for the vehicles to be able to drive real fast in the sand!
Today we visited Yas Island in Abu Dhabi! We stayed until sundown and need to go back one day because there's so much more to do and see other than what we did today!

2 cups of fresh pumpkin guts (the stringy part separated from the seeds) 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 3 cups sugar 2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. nutmeg 4 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup water 1 cup vegetable oil 1 cup chopped pecans Optional: Raisins (add 1 cup if using in both loaves or 1/2 cup if adding to only half the batter)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Use your fingers and a pair of scissors to separate the pumpkin guts, making sure they are mixable in the batter. (I prefer to put the pumpkin guts in the food processor instead, pulsing until it is no longer stringy.) Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs, water, oil, and pumpkin. Stir until blended. Add nuts, and raisins if you choose. Mix well. Pour into two 9x5" loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour. Cool slightly, then transfer to a cooling rack.
If you like cinnamon, you may want to add a little more than what the recipe calls for.

LOL I swear everyone is misinformed of what these actually are. They are a delicious candy-like sweet dessert, with a creamy, coconut taste, covered in cinnamon. OMG are they good! And addicting! ππ YOU HAVE TO TRY THEM, or at least buy them!
Irish Potato Recipe Ingredients: 2/1/2 C. Coconut Flakes 2/1/2 C. Powdered Sugar 1 Stick Butter (1/2 C) 1 8oz pkg Cream Cheese 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 3 Tbsp Cinnamon (may need more)
Recipe: 3D Geometric Breakable Heart/ Smashable Chocolate Heart
Ingredients/ Tools:
2 Geometric Silicone Heart Molds Food Safe Hammer Candy Melts/ Chocolate (2 bags... 1 per each side of the heart and you may want to have an extra bag incase your heart breaks and a second color chocolate for decorating) Piping Bag Sprinkles Optional: Silicone Alphabet Letter Mold
Melt Chocolate, Pour in Mold covering the edges very well. Refrigerate or Freeze about 5-8 mins or until hardened. Evenly pour 2nd layer of Chocolate. Refrigerate or Freeze again for 5-8 mins. * If the edges look thin and do not easily separate from the mold, you may need to add more chocolate around the edges to strengthen it and prevent breaking/cracks. Carefully remove chocolate from molds, peeling the edges of the mold away. Wearing gloves or using plastic wrap is recommended to prevent fingerprints on the chocolate. Place the heart upside down on a hot pan to make sure all the edges are even. (I like to evenly melt the edges of both sides before filling it, to make sure that the heart closes properly) Fill the bottom of the heart with whatever surprises you'd like, such as, candy, cookies, brownies, pretzels, notes, or jewelry. Close the heart. You may have to slightly melt the edges again so they are hot and form "glue like" seals. Decorate!!! You can use a piping bag with the same and different color chocolates to create a design on top of the heart. Use sprinkles and edible decorations on the chocolate while still hot so it sticks. If you have an alphabet mold, use whatever letters you'd like to spell out a phrase for the occasion.
Ingredients: 1/1/2 Saltine Cracker Sleeves (approx 50-60) or 2 pks Graham Crackers
1 C. unsalted butter (2 sticks) 1 C. light brown sugar 1 pk. chocolate chips (10-12 oz) your choice, milk, semi-sweet, dark 1/2-3/4 C. white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375Β°
1) Line baking pan with parchment paper. If using foil, grease foil. 2) Fill pan with crackers, salted or sugared side down 3) Melt butter in saucepan. Add brown sugar. Bring to boil, whisking occasionally. Keep steady boil for about 4 minutes watching carefully. 4) Pour caramel over crackers, spreading evenly with spatula. Spread fairly quickly as the caramelβs consistency changes fast. 5) Bake for 5 minutes 6) While baking, melt white chocolate, preferably in a double boiler. If you do not have one, fill a small amount of water in a small pot and place a small bowl with handles inside the pot. The boiling water will melt the chocolate in the bowl. Use oven mitts to remove hot bowl. *Not recommended, but if you do melt the chocolate in the microwave, check it continuously and stir each time, as it can easily burn. 7) Pour chocolate chips evenly over cookies from oven. Wait about 1 min until chips soften, then spread with spatula. 8) Drizzle white chocolate across the cookies making a decorative design. 9) Optional: adding other toppings such as, pecans / other nuts, sprinkles, sea salt, crushed pretzels, crushes peppermintβ¦ 10) Place pan in freezer for approximately 10 mins or until chocolate and caramel harden. 11) Cut or break cookies with hands into smaller pieces
