Finally back!! Sorry it's been a crazy week and this wouldn't upload! Cozy cook and clean with me where I share my apple crisp and gluten free chesseburger macaroni recipe!
Apple crisp:
Inside:
4 apples (Fuji/Granny Smith/honey crisp) peeled and sliced or diced
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 T lemon juice
4 T butter
Cinnamon
Topping:
1/2 c flour (can use gluten free)
1/2 c oats
1/4 c white sugar
1/3 c brown sugar
Cinnamon
1/4 t salt
4 T butter cubed
Sauté apples with inside toppings and cook until tender. Meanwhile mix the topping ingredients together.
Pour apples into a small baking dish and cover evenly with topping. Spread butter cubes evenly on top. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees F. Stir topping then broil again for 2 minutes.
