Here is my Cox 350-4 Car Engine. I bought a lot of 6 of these off eBay a little while ago and I just got them yesterday so I figured I would clean one up right away to run. Most of them were seized and gummed up. These engines didn't appear to have been used very much at all! In fact, the crankcase gasket and the venturi gasket was in such good shape, I put them back in and they are being used in the video above. I already had an engine like this that belongs in my 1971 Cox Baja Bug and they are interesting little engines. The reason I won't hold the engine open is because I blew the con-rod in the Baja Bug's engine after it overreved while running on the stand and would like to avoid that here. It was not hard starting it, just fill the tank, set needle to about 2.5-3 turns, prime, glow head clip and pull a few times! Started right up!
