Found and implemented 2 new risky IL strats in this one: Jumping across the lava using a very precise dash jump to a blue pad, and avoiding having to wait for the meteors to explode on the pillars.

I bonked at 0:44, but I don't think it mattered based on the red swing's cycle afterwards.
