The Western Cape High Court is today expected to begin hearings in President Cyril Ramaphosa’s application to review and set aside the section 89 Independent Panel report. The report underpins the impeachment process now before Parliament, after the Constitutional Court cleared the way for the matter to be referred to the Impeachment Committee.
