Prosecutors have told the Polokwane Magistrate’s Court how a widow and her five children were swindled of their inheritance - allegedly by an attorney and her Metro Police officer husband.
Charlotte Tibana and Peter Nonyane are accused of defrauding deceased estates of millions - between 2024 and April this year.
