Welcome to Courageous Conversations, celebrating the voices, wisdom and courage of women around the world - up this week is Kim McCabe from Rites for Girls. And I'm wondering ... how can we help our girls to step into leadership on behalf of life, how do we help them cope with the ongoing crises in our world and more?
Kim is the author of ‘From Daughter to Woman, parenting girls safely through their teens’, child expert interviewed on BBC and SkyNews, and founder of Rites for Girls CIC. She sets out to remind parents, and especially mothers, that they hold the key to making a girls’ journey through adolescence safer, kinder and better supported.
We can each make a difference; we can make the world a better place. Creating community and circles of support, adults taking responsibility for guiding tomorrow’s women, a grounded revolution changing the world for everyone.
