Leftovers Ham and Potato Casserole
2 boxes of scalloped potatoes
1/2 lb or so of leftover country ham in bite size chunks
4 carrots cut into bit size pieces
3 cups boiling water
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp jarred minced garlic
4 slices of swiss cheese cut into slices
4 slices of provolone cheese cut into slices
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated romano cheese
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
1 tbsp butter
1/8 tsp black pepper
