So in today's video I show you a short exercise that often works when you come across the infamous ART BLOCK!
For those new to the term an Art Block is when you loose you motivation to draw or something just doesn't go your way & you feel frustrated.
Apart from the Netflix & Chill approach, I often use the above approach to get out of it. Let me know if this works for you.
