Oti Mabuse is perhaps best known for being a professional dancer on Strictly Come Dancing where she won in 2019 and 2020, with Kelvin Fletcher and Bill Bailey respectively. She also starred on its German equivalent, Let's Dance, and was a Dance Captain on The Greatest Dancer. In 2021 and 2022, she was a panellist on The Masked Dancer and served as a judge on Dancing on Ice from 2022 until 2025. In 2026, Mabuse joined the judging panel for the Irish version of Dancing with the Stars.
As of her debut week from 22 to 26 June 2026, she was the first debut guest to appear in the Monday to Friday week for the final week of the series since Phill Jupitus in Series 79 from 17 December to 21 December 2018 (aside from his Catsdown appearances).

"8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown" is hosted by Jimmy Carr, with Rachel Riley and Susie Dent assuming their Countdown roles. The formation of the crossover with "8 Out if 10 Cats" began as a series of specials, the first of which was broadcast on 2 January 2012, when Channel 4 orchestrated a special "mash-up night", merging two shows to form a special edition of the pair, as part of its 30th-anniversary celebrations eleven years ago.

Let us look at this YouTube creator. He runs a completely non-monetized channel. He does not care about metrics, views, or subscribers. For a solid month, he has laid out the blueprint for his audience with absolute clarity: If you are so against my choices on my channel, do not engage. It will have the opposite effect as far as the algorithm is concerned. But of course, there is another comment.
And that is where Fremd-shame-en occurs. It is the creator who has to experience the embarrassment on behalf of the commenter, because the commenter is completely, blissfully blind to their own foolishness. The word traces back to the Old High German fremidi, for stranger, and schämen, which comes from an Indo-European root meaning to cover. It means the creator wants to cover his eyes for them. It is a cool, slightly bewildered vicarious flinch. The creator is thinking: “Oh dear, you think you have won, but you look absolutely ridiculous, and I have to feel the embarrassment for you because you are not aware enough to feel it for yourself.”
In older English, we might have called this user a lozel—a fifteenth-century word for a clueless wanderer who wastes their own energy to no effect. Or perhaps they are suffering from murnival, an old term for a collection of fools all doing the same repetitive thing.")
