1. This is NOT first come first serve. this collab is a lot smaller and I can't let everyone in.

2. NO SHORTS. Anything recorded in portrait/vertically, will be rejected from the collab.

3. UCN CHARACTERS ONLY!!! I want to keep this strictly UCN themed, so no balloon circus characters and recolors like Blacklights. If you are unsure what characters should be allowed then feel free to ask!

4. Add editing & effects! and overall be creative! this parts are longer than usual so I hope to see some good use out of it!

5. Only 1 Part per person!
