Today we are starting the first steps of restoring our 1960 Penn Yan Baltic wooden boat that I found abandoned after 21 years! In this video we will be making a sturdy DIY outboard boat motor and stripping off the 2 stroke V4 Evinrude motor off the boat. This DIY car will allow me to work on the motor off the boat but also allow a 55 gallon drum of water to sit under the motor.
