This video shows some ways to write out the word "could" in Dscript( dscript.org ). This word could offer tons of permutations and styles because it is composed of some highly flexible letters.
Starting with the letter C you know it will be fun because the C offers a "fork". after that the O and U both offer enclosed spaces and 360 degree of "Wall" to connect to. the "l" offers an intersection (double fork), and the most restrictive, last, does not really matter because it does not need to connect to any following letters.
There would of course be tons of cool ways to draw it with a little C at the side or top, and a huge O with everything else tucked inside. Same goes for the U.
Dscript( dscript.org ) is a "constructed script". Constructed scripts are invented writing systems. "invented writing system" is most commonly intended to mean "invented in a single generation as opposed to evolving over many generations", natlangs(Natural Language) are what we call languages that have evolved for many generations, conlangs(Constructed language) are what we call the new ones.
Dscript was originally a "directional constructed script", this means it could be written both vertically and horizontally with a single pen stroke design. Over time it evolved into its current form, a "dimensional constructed script" which allows the "letter strings" of the directions script to be wrapped up, contorted, forked, and even have letters placed inside of other letters.
