Rumors are swirling that Steven Spielberg’s next film could be a new take on Westworld, with David Koepp writing.
That would create a fascinating connection back to Jurassic Park, since both stories come from Michael Crichton and deal with amusement park attractions turning deadly. But would Spielberg really want to return to territory so similar to one of his most iconic films this late in his career?
Here are my thoughts on why the rumor makes sense — and why it also feels unlikely.
