Even though UK regulators may have approved of Paramount-Skydance's planned deal to buy out Warner Bros. Discovery, it's still NOT a done deal, and there's a ton of legal hurdles. The private toon detective fox Sam Valentino and his Looney Tunes friend Daffy Duck (also of "Golden Book Video Killers") don't like repeating themselves, but they have to stop things from being blown out of proportion. In addition to the courts ordering a restraining order from Paramount-Skydance's deal to buy Warner Bros. until likely next year, there's also question where they can even AFFORD it, as in addition to financial backing from Saudi Arabia, Paramount now has to pay Warner Bros. shareholders $7 million a day, along with the bigger breakup fee should the merger fail, especially with "Coyote vs. ACME" coming out very soon, where Wile E. plugged his movie at this year's FAN EXPO Boston!
