In this video I'm testing several knives against a particular pattern of interwoven armor, 3D printed in ASA filament on a Voron Trident. It's sort of like modern "chainmail", but with H-shaped segments instead of rings.
Starting out with knife slashes (two different grinds), then escalating to a chop with a large blade (Opinel No13) and a stab (with a Glock field knife). I also test a tip slash and a quick thrust with a karambit. Does the armor stand a chance? Let's find out!
