INGREDIENTS: COTTAGE PIE ON CRACK

2KG RDC Minced Beef
1 Grated onions – star anise
2 Grated carrots
300g Quartered Mushrooms
2 tbsp Thyme
1/2 bottle red wine
2 tbsp Tomato pasatta
200g Dried Mushrooms
4 tbsp Mushroom Ketchup
4 tsp Tabasco
4 tbsp Worchester Sauce
4 tbspTomato Ketchup
4 tbsp Soy
4 Nori seaweed sheets

MASH
150g butter salted
150 - 200g Parmesan
750g Maris Piper Potatoes for mash
