Let’s start with the new arrivals—Headband Noibat and Witch Hat Teddiursa! These exclusive costume Pokémon are debuting for the first time in Pokémon GO during Halloween Part 2. You’ll be able to catch them in the wild, field research, and possibly in raids, and both can be shiny if you’re lucky!
• Headband Noibat can evolve into Headband Noivern, making it one of the most stylish Flying/Dragon-type costume evolutions yet.
• Witch Hat Teddiursa can evolve into Witch Hat Ursaring, carrying its costume through evolution—a rare and highly sought-after feature for collectors.
This event also continues the Ghost- and Dark-type spawns from Part 1 but adds more variety and new tasks tied to costumed Pokémon. You’ll find a mix of spooky favorites like Misdreavus, Pumpkaboo, and Yamask alongside these limited-time costumed stars.
