Dress Up Day unofficially began in 2007 but wasn't documented. Over the next twelve years, it evolved into a bigger event. We would have a special lunch, lots of candy and prizes for the best costumes. Our event always fell on Halloween unless the holiday was on a weekend. If it did, we would have it on Thursday. Even after leaving the office, some of us (including me) continued to dress up elsewhere in solidarity to our office tradition. What was once a reluctant event to participate in became an exciting time that allowed me to push my creative limits. I posted this video for all current and former employees to reminisce and enjoy.
