"The Fundamentals: 30 Years of Corsica Studios" charts the space's evolution from its North London beginnings to the Elephant and Castle arches it has occupied since 2002. Guided by the voice of founder Adrian Jones, alongside the staff, DJs and dancers who defined it, the film explores how a DIY creative project became one of the city's most vital cultural hubs.
Known for its excellent sound system and an openness that nurtured everything from underground techno and jungle to experimental club, Corsica Studios remained a rare constant in an ever-shifting city. As the dust settles on the venue's final parties, the film celebrates a legacy that will continue to resonate through the scenes it helped build.
