Learn how transepithelial electrical resistance (TEER) values relate to the morphological characteristics of your air-liquid interface (ALI) culture in this 3-minute video. After watching, you will also understand how TEER values may vary based on ALI culture performance. The TEER values shown are for human bronchial epithelial cells (HBECs) passaged in PneumaCult™-Ex Plus Medium and differentiated in PneumaCult™-ALI Medium. If you are working with other epithelial cell types or using a different culture media, the TEER values may vary.
