I've seen other guides for the void screw locations say that you should just jump straight at the fence and air-headbutt over it, but it's a very tight jump and you just barely make it over. But if you use the wall on the left side here to do a wall-jump, it becomes easy to clear the fence consistently. The rest of the route to the void screw is pretty straightforward. It's not here in this video since I already collected it but it'd normally be on the wall where the video ends.
