Not many people (even among the sparse few CiaT fans) know that before It's Broasted and Budapest Zoo, Cornish had three demotapes.
This is the first of the three, and it's cool because most of the tracks are just plain unripped! More mediterranean tastes for us all!
Said mediterranean tastes include but are not limited to:
Early versions of Melissa and Dog Biscuit, the world's very introduction to Cornish which can only be described as EPIC, one of the two songs which eventually begat the booty tapes/booty CD, and a weird dark bassy jam themed around a children's cartoon character.
This particular tape also sports an early lineup! Well... kinda. At this time, the band was just Tim and Eric (juan would not join for some 6 months). This tape comes in a snazzy hand-drawn J-card, with some nice poorly photocopied pics on it, and Tim's phone number (crossed out on my copy).
I cannot thank Tim ENOUGH for sending all the cornish goodies to me, and hope this tape can put a smile on your face in these inconvenient and crummy times!

Neil Kolberg played bongos on "Melissa" and sang backup on "Fork".
