This is the story of JC NEWS NOW! He was assaulted while conducting a First Amendment Audit at the Ava Police Department in Ava, Missouri. After we released the video, there was viral scrutiny of the department. The officer took out felony harassment charges against JC. While being assaulted at the Springfield City Hall in Missouri, police came and arrested him for the outstanding warrant. He took the case to the highest court in the land and won. Now he's suing!
