I've been on a big Copland kick of late. Here is his, at least so far as YouTube is concerned, somewhat ignored Symphony for Organ and Orchestra; the final movement is a Lento.

Performing is the St. Loius Symphony Orchestra led by Leonard Slatkin with Simon Preston playing the Organ.
