Seiverville Tennessee Deputy shoots at the suspect, then loses his mind. Literally, his partner takes his gun and then gives it back in the middle of a mental episode. Should we have cops like this? They are extremely dangerous and unhinged. In my opinion, people like this shouldn't be cops.
