This incident occurred on Feb. 28, 2023 in front of Safeway in Bisbee, Arizona. The officer who drew the gun was Carlos Moreno. He is the same officer who attacked me in the park after the false report by the Animal Control Officer. Over two years after the incident where everyone saw him attack me, he remains employed by the City of Bisbee.
