After playing it a numerous times, I can honestly say it's the best Doom mod ever. I like Brutal Doom, but it doesn't have that much merit or distinctiveness in the multiplayer portion. I think it's bound to be that way, because Brutal Doom can't involve that many monsters in one scene due to lag issues. Also its main features are fatality and dismemberment animations which limits the type of monsters in the game. Gore effects are cool at first but it gets boring later on.
Complex Doom on the other hand, is one of the funniest multiplayer game I've played. It has legendary monsters, vehicles and power-ups, a lot of different weapons and overall very co-op oriented. It's very addictive and I never get tired the detailed and fast-paced gameplay that involves slaughtering thousands of hellspawns with epic music scores.
