If you’ve ever sailed on a mainline cruise ship, then you’ve probably had a nice surprise waiting for you in your cabin. Today, Carnival, Norwegian, Disney, Royal Caribbean and Holland America cruise lines are among some of the more popular lines known to have their stateroom attendants place fun towel animals in their guests’ rooms while servicing it. This cruise ship towel animal video includes some of the best towel animals we saw while on board our last few Royal Caribbean cruises. Since the cruise industry shutdown in 2020-21, most cruise lines have cutback to save costs, such as Royal Caribbean eliminated their nightly turndown service. Although seeing a different towel animal in your stateroom every day is a minor joy, it still adds to the fun and “special factor” of cruising and so we hope to never see that fun aspect disappear in the name of maximizing profits.
