How to use:
Preparation of the Surya Cool mixture:
The surface to be coated is thoroughly cleaned before preparing the roof mixture.
Surya Cool 5Kg bag contains two parts A and B. Part A contains crystals and part B contains Powder.
Take 9 Litres of fresh water for 5kg packet in a bucket or any other suitable container and add part A of surya cool. Stir the mixture thoroughly till crystals dissolve. Add Part B Powder and primer 1litre (optional) also to the above mixture.(If some brands not having two parts then directly add powder into the water). Stir it for 10 minutes to obtain uniform mixture. Use the mixture within 1-3 hours of preparation.
Application of Surya Cool mixture:
Clean the surface to be coated with wire brush and water carefully.
Apply the surya cool mixture with the help of a paint brush or white wash used brush.
After applying the first coat leave the surface for 8 hours and sprinkle water on it. Also spray water again before applying the second coat after 12-24 hours.
Coverage : Each 5k.g bag approx. 80-90 sft / double coat.
Note:
• Keep the surface to be coated slightly wet.
• Spray water gently. Do not pour water at random on the coated surface.
• Use surya cool when the surface is not exposed to hot sun. Early morning and late evenings are ideal to get best results.
• Keep the surya cool in air tight container when partially used.
Expenses: approx. 630 sft – 7bags(35kg) x rs.200 = rs. 1400/-
Labour charges = 1500/-
