ScienceC | Cooking Steak In A Bag (Sous Vide Science) @ScienceC | Uploaded October 2018 | Updated October 2024, 11 hours ago.
A few months ago I tried to cook a steak using the sous vide method and I had one of the best steaks of my life. I decided to look into the science behind sous vide cooking and It was very interesting to learn how slow cooking benefits the steak. I also love the convenience of not having to worry about overcooking a steak.

Thank you so much for watching this video! If you would like to suggest a video idea please leave it in the comments, and if you enjoyed please like and subscribe! It was my pleasure to add a bit of science to your day!
