B - Ivy Gourd
C - Red Onion, Dried Red Chili Pepper and Curry Leaves
SPICE PODS:
Pod 1 - Salt
Pod 2 - Red Chili Powder
Pod 3 - Turmeric
Pod 5 - Madras Tempering
How you can cook Dondakkai Veppudu on Posha:
1. Select the recipe and the portion size.
2. Prepare all the ingredients.
3. Load all the ingredient containers.
4. Tap "Start Cooking" to begin the recipe.
5. Posha dispenses the desired amount of oil into the pan.
6. Unloads the ivy gourds into the pan.
7. Camera vision ensures the ivy gourds is well roasted, cooked through until they are browned.
8. Adds onions, red chili pepper and curry leaves.
9. Stirs and blends the ingredients evenly.
10. Seasons it with spices, which can be pre-customized based on your taste preference.
