My wife bought me this amazing piece of meat for my birthday last week. It has been in my bed all week, as I wrestled with how to cook it. I wanted to do a nicer presentation, but sadly, I kind of dropped the ball. The meat? Outrageously delicious, but not worth the price in my humble opinion.
