MAKE SURE TO FOLLOW INGREDIENT AMOUNTS OF YOUR CURRY BRICK PACKAGING.... measurements will differ
1 lbs of Ground Beef- this is the easiest and lately my favorite protein to add to this dish
2 Cups of Diced or sliced Onions
1 ½ Cups of bite size Carrots
1- ½ cups of Potatoes- you can use the 1 big, or two medium size but i like to take small potatoes and cut them in half… super easy.
1 box of of Curry
You can get this in most grocery stores but i gotchu with an amazon link below yo!!!
Make sure you follow the directions on box in addition to this video to make sure measurements are correct.
Water
Optional
Minced Garlic and Ginger- Tablespoon Each
Fukujinzuke- Pickled radish garnish
