Elderberry Gummies Recipe: Pour about 4 cups elderberry syrup and 1 cup water into a pot. Sprinkle 7 tablespoons gelatin (we like Perfect brand - see discount code below!) on top and allow to sit a couple minutes. Then heat on medium, stirring until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in 1/2 cup honey until that is dissolved as well. Then pour into a 9x13 pan and chill in fridge until set (only about a couple hours!). Use a knife to cut into small cubes!
