It's 2022! We will cook an authentic American Pumpkin Pie. How hard could it be?

Recipe:

3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp allspice
2 large eggs
1 can Mississippi Belle 100% pure pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie shell

Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt, allspice, in small bowl. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Pour into pie shell. Bke in preheated 220 C oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 175 C; bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
