Cooking in a water bath using a PID controller, Raspberry Pi Pico and micropython.
*Fun fact* : Sous vide means 'under vacuum', so even though it's how the method is often referred.... it doesn't quite apply here.
The ASMR interlude with the hairdryer test may be a bit long, but we found it soothing :)
