RECIPE BELOW ⬇️
Hi guys and gals,
Today we're departing from the usual plus size fashion videos to bring y'all something a little different. Come cook some of the best Chocolate Chip Cookies with me EVER! I have to say, I think the vanilla bean paste made the difference, because wow. I also doubled the recipe, since I was cooking for several people.
I've had this recipe in my arsenal since 2011 and its never let me down. I did venture off a bit, but only by necessity. You'll see what I'm talking about in the video.
BEST CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE RECIPE EVER!
Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened (I used Tillamook)
1 cup white sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1.5 teaspoons vanilla paste
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons hot water
½ teaspoon sea salt
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup semi sweet mini chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Beat butter, white sugar, and brown sugar with an electric mixer in a large bowl until smooth. Beat in eggs, then stir in vanilla. Dissolve baking soda in hot water. Add to batter along with salt. Stir in flour then chocolate chips. Chill 30 minutes in fridge. Drop spoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto parchment paper lined baking sheets. Bake 11 minutes, remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
