I want to share with you an easy to make a healthy, wholesome and Ayurveda Vegetarian /Vegan Lunch Idea.
This will be in a series of lunch ideas which I will be posting.
This is a typical South Indian Menu, where we usually have rice, served with a lentil and vegetable soup and a vegetable curry. Homemade Yogurt is a must for an Indian lunch.
