I died to the ending 2 times trying to get the coin path, and on the third attempt I said fuck it and skipped it, and beat it. After doing that though, I came back to the level a few minutes later and re-beat it again with the coin path this time. So that's really cool.
I think unless you inherently dislike the idea of a wave focused level, I would recommend this level to anybody. The gameplay is very dynamic and fun, but is pretty easy to learn and do especially if you are familiar with harder extreme demons. I would say this isn't much harder than Cataclysm, but I'm not 100% sure.
The visual work is done tastefully, I like the color scheming and balance of details. It feels very 1.9-like while never feeling too empty, boring or stale. Some sections visually stick with me more, but overall it remains very consistent and has good variety while still feeling very coherent all throughout. I am glad extreme demon levels like these still get featured these days.
