I don't usually pair tarot decks or use formal spreads, but I had fun giving it a whirl with a Celtic Cross. Pairing multiple decks can be useful when seeking clarification, or when a spread position needs a different vibe or when you want to compare options. Maybe you just want to put more decks in rotation! I took a few decks for a spin in a rambly fake reading. Decks used: Weiser Tarot, LightSeers, The Wandering Moon (Midnight Sky edition), Mystical Moments, and Celestial Oracle.
Prompts are:
1. Why do you pair your decks?
2. How do you pair your decks? (Please give a concrete example.)
3. How many decks do you usually include in one reading? (For example in a three card pull would you use three decks?)
4. Please do an example reading if possible with decks that are being paired.
