Conviction and clarity are the foundation of every empire. You don’t need proof before you start, you just need to know what you stand for and believe in it with everything you’ve got. When I left Wall Street, CLS was just an idea that came through during the pandemic. There were no guarantees, but I had conviction in my vision and clarity in my message, and that was enough to take the leap.
