In this video, I will create a 4S lithium-ion battery. Basically, this is a 4-series lithium-ion battery that can be charged to 16.8 volts with a capacity of 13 ampere-hours, or a UPS battery that will charge up to 13.8 volts with around 6 ampere-hours of capacity.
This is only worthwhile if you have free or very cheap 18650 cells, as 50% of the capacity is wasted.
