In today's video I will attempt to manipulate Runescape's RNG with only the mind, as well as other's minds. According to Global Consciousness, we can influence the outcome of random number generators around ourselves, especially those with results determined by machines, so why not just manipulate Jagex's random seed and attempt to win billions at the Duel Arena?
