Control Stealth Rogue is back! 🗡️ This Hearthstone Rogue deck combines the power of the Stealth package with the Herald package from CATACLYSM, creating a unique control deck that can build powerful boards while keeping key minions hidden.
The centerpiece of the deck is Maniacal Follower, a CATACLYSM Rogue minion with Stealth and Deathrattle: Herald Sinestra. That gives us access to the full Herald/Sinestra package, allowing the deck to build toward one of Rogue's most powerful late-game threats. Sinestra is Rogue's CATACLYSM Colossal and becomes stronger as Herald effects are activated.
I'm also testing several of Rogue's newer cards, including Mathias Shaw, SI:7 Supplier, Follow the Footsteps, and Silent Strike. Mathias Shaw is especially nasty in a Stealth deck, reducing the Cost of a random card in your hand whenever a friendly Stealthed minion attacks. SI:7 Supplier also rewards us for attacking while Stealthed by drawing a card.
The result is a Control Stealth Rogue deck that can generate value, control the board, draw cards through Stealth attacks, discount cards with Mathias Shaw, and eventually unleash the Herald package.
