Mario & Luigi Bowser's Inside Story and Dream Team are the only 2 Mario & Luigi games to have built in hard modes- nothing before or after got anything of the sort. SO, to continue my quest to re-experience every Mario & Luigi game in Hard Mode, we're gonna have to turn to mods. Nose64 created a patch for Partners in Time that applies the Challenge Medal stat changes from Inside Story to EVERY enemy in Partners in Time, so I'll be using that! The US release of Partners in Time already has higher HP stats than every other release, so this should create some very difficult and tanky bosses...
