I tried to make it as fair as possible for all continent bus this was kinda hard for obvious reason.
They all had similar number of factory (more for Africa and south America) and i lowered the manpower of Europe and Asia drastically. I also made a "sea empire" (Australasia) because i expected the AI would have a hard time with landings.
Overall it was more fair than i expected to be honest, i still expected Europe to roll on Eurasia but attrition took it's tool it seems.
