This is a purely coincidental movie. I compared two completely different cars video and here's the result. It does not mean anything , of course. But at the same time it is interesting to see the differences of the new Alfa Romeo 4c with the famous Honda S Two Thousand. The 4c was born in 2013 after 14 years not too far from 1999, the year of the debut of the legendary Honda S2000. We must say that the ideal of competitor 4c is the Lotus Elise , the S2k is a sporty roadster with a 2000 cc aspirated engine that touches the nine thousand rpm (Yes, 9000!!!). Instead, alfa romeo adopts a 1750cc Turbo engine with 240 horsepower ... The same as the S2000. Ok not... In Japan the S2k has 250hp, in the rest of the world 241hp for Ap1 (2000cc) and 237hp for Ap2 ( but it's 2.2 liters). All agree with me that the real performance difference between the two cars is only a factor of weight: 895kg for 4c, 1275kg for the S2k . Approximately 400kg of difference! Therefore the lap times at the Nurburgring are true : 1 lap in 8:04 for the Alfa Romeo 4c, and a ride in 8:39 for the S2k . In this video the times are identical because I've cut some scenes regarding the S2000 for traffic, infact the Alfa 4c has tourned with closed tracks , unlike the S2000 that tourned with the track open for the tourist traffic. In any case , the difference is around of more 30 seconds. Now , I definitely want to say what is the best car and would not be fair here , I can only say that I like both !
