Amr picked up his Contender 21 project for 24,500 USD on Facebook. He then set about getting the boat from Florida, USA to the Sunshine Coast for a seriously extensive rebuild. Geared for sight-casting, his rig now features a clean and open layout, a custom tower with full controls and a supercharged Mercury 450HP V8 to get onto surface schools in the blink of an eye.
