I hope to loft my Canon SD1100 up on a kite string this weekend, so I thought I'd go ahead and construct a Picavet, which is a rig that is commonly used to attach a camera to a kite string. I couldn't picture how it worked without building one, so I went ahead and built one. It's missing a washer, and isn't quite balanced, so I am not entirely happy with it, but hey, I've never done any kite photography before.
